> Rooms.net is a UK marketplace for rooms to rent. Tenants search rooms in house shares by place, price and room type, and message landlords directly. Landlords list rooms. It is free for both.

Public pages live under a market folder - /uk/ for the United Kingdom. Every place page states, from its live listings, how many rooms there are, the median monthly rent and the range most fall in, and how many include bills, with the date the figures were taken.
