Reporting a problem listing
If a listing or a message seems suspicious, the fastest way to reach us is the report link on the listing or conversation itself — you don't need an account, and the person you report is never told who reported them. For more, see our renting safely guide.

If you have lost money to a scam, report it to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or at actionfraud.police.uk, and tell us as well so we can act on the account.
