Rooms.net is free to use. There is nothing to pay, for tenants or for landlords, and we do not ask for card details.

All of it, at no charge

Everything works, for everyone, at no charge: searching, listing rooms, messaging, applications, saved searches and viewings. There is no paid tier holding anything back, and no trial that runs out.

What that includes

  • Searching every room on the site, across the UK, with no limits.
  • Saving rooms and setting up saved searches with alerts.
  • Messaging landlords, applying for rooms and arranging viewings.
  • Listing rooms with photos and full details, and managing them.
  • Handling enquiries and applications from the landlord dashboard.

That is the whole site. We will never charge you for something without asking first, and nothing you use today will start billing quietly.
